Automotive Express Technician

Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac has an immediate, full-time opening in the Service Department for an Express Technician Light Truck & Automotive. You’ll enjoy working here. We're family owned and operated, with experienced, friendly management and support staff. Fully paid, ongoing training to improve your career, and a Safety Committee monitoring all areas of the shop to reduce injury.

EXPRESS TECH JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, vehicle inspections and general maintenance of assigned vehicles in an accurate and timely manner with limited supervision.
Accurately complete written or electronic record of work performed.
Maintain a clean work area.

EXPRESS TECH JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Basic tools needed or commitment to purchase needed tools during training
Able to stand and walk up to four hours without a break.
Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
Must have a strong a strong commitment to safety
Honest, dependable with a strong work ethic

Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

With the addition of a beautiful new Delivery facility, Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac is looking for a tech-savvy and customer-first Vehicle Delivery Coordinator. This role is focused on helping customers. You don't need automotive experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service. When you join us, you'll receive the training you need and you'll enjoy a professional and respectful work environment.

What you'll do:

Assist Sales Team
Coordinate delivery of vehicles to customers.
Explain the features of the guests' new car, including basic functions (radio setup, windows, sunroof, memory seats, etc.) and higher technology functions (Bluetooth, Navigation, etc.)
Provide tour of dealership facilities and introduce customer to appropriate dealership personnel.
Follow-up with customers.
Other duties as assigned.

What you need:

Prior experience working with customer and providing an exceptional experience.
Above average computer skills.
A solid understanding of today's ever-changing technology.
Outgoing personality; a people person!
Professional appearance.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to present features to guests.
Clean driving record required.

Shuttle Driver Part-time

JOB SNAPSHOT: Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac has an immediate opening for a part-time shuttle driver in our service department. You’re responsible for safely and efficiently transporting customers while providing excellent customer service. The shuttle driver is constantly interacting with clients and customers, greeting them with a smile, offering directions, helping them into the vehicle, etc. This is a great job if you enjoy driving and if you like people. It's part-time. No weekends.

Shuttle Driver Job Responsibilities:

Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
Maintains neat and clean shuttle
Performs other duties as assigned

Lot Technician

We have an immediate opening in the Sales Department for a full-time Automotive Lot Technician. This isn’t a desk job. This is for a hardworking, upbeat person who likes to be active, enjoys variety and takes pride in their work.

Automotive Lot Technician Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall cleanliness and display of all vehicles on the lot
Process used vehicles from stock-in, to pictures, to service, to detail, to lot
Clean and prepare sold vehicles to make them ready for customer delivery
Post window tags on vehicle windshields
Process new vehicles delivered from transports
Drop off and pick up vehicles and customers from around town
Assist managers as needed on errands or other miscellaneous duties

Automotive Lot Technician Job Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Good driving record – we must be able to insure you
Must be over 18 years ol
Polite, clean and neat appearance as periodic customer contact is required.
Able to do some lifting
Dependable with a strong work ethic

Detailer

We have an immediate opening in the Service Department for a full-time Automotive Car Washer/Detailer. This person washes and dries customer vehicles in for service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, dependable to report to work and be productive. If you like working around cars, this is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the automotive field. This position will give you the experience of working with several departments within the dealership.

Job Responsibilies:

Wash, dry and vacuum vehicles in for service
Driving vehicles into and from work areas
Shop maintenance
Lot cleanup
Other duties as assigned

Must be 18 years old or older
